Changed my Flickr photos organization

Not sure if anyone out there pays attention to my Flickr photostream, but I decided to change the way I am displaying my photos.  I have decided to mark most pictures of friends and family as "private".  The reasons for this are two-fold.  First of all, I decided it was best to maintain some semblance of privacy and not show every single picture of my family and friends all over my photostream to everyone.  I have left some pictures of adults from trips and vacations as public, but I am trying to at least mark the pictures of my daughter and nieces and nephews as private.  Secondly, I upload a LOT of pictures of my daughter to my photostream.  Frankly, most people probably don't care, and there isn't really any need for the casual visitor to my photostream to see nothing but her.  I am happy to share pictures of trips, landscapes, the dog, etc. with the general public.  Those uploads are less frequent, and may be more interesting to the casual observer (or not... I'm not that good of a photographer).

So, what does this mean to people who know me?  If you are already a contact of mine on Flickr, nothing really changes.  As long as you are logged in you will see all of my photos as before.  And if I know you and you aren't a contact, why not add me?  If you don't want to join Flickr but still want to see my photos, I am working on a new media gallery for this website.  It won't be quite as robust as the Flickr site, but I do intend on sharing all pictures here.
